Experiencing change, no matter what state should be enlightening. Everything changes by not changing and nothing changes as much everything. When that notion is realized and accepted and acted upon the fear of the unknown can pass.

Different asana hold different restrictions for different people and for different reasons. As teachers we need to be receptive to these ideas, as students we need to comprehend them and as practitioners we need to apply them in order to help those who are facing them.

When we want to be understood we make sure to speak clearly. We take measures to have eye contact, use body language, control the wording and speed used to communicate our desired topic.

No life is with out resistance and no practice is with out darkness. We reflect on the passing of another year. Things we might’ve done, things we might not have done, things we may have done in place of those things we “we might not have done”
